In-house Customs and Trade Compliance Systems Manager (BLT Recruitment)
A great new in‑house role with a global brand. Working as part of a well‑established Customs and Trade team you will handle a number of projects focusing on the customs compliance needs of the business and the technical requirements for technology. You will work alongside Customs experts and technology teams to identify and deliver customs‑compliant solutions, including:
- Work at varying levels of detail, from high‑level discussion at the start of the project to capturing detailed customs requirements and scoping and documenting test scripts with testing teams.
- Communicate requirements to teams working collaboratively to develop solutions.
- Understand, visualise and deliver process changes.
- Liaise closely with project/programme managers and manage any change requests.
- Deliver end‑user training and manage any support needed.
To apply you will need operational experience in a customs and trade compliance role and ideally have defined and implemented a customs system solution. Knowledge of SAP systems and experience with MIC or another global customs and trade compliance software solution will be key. The role will be a six‑month contract position initially.
