An established global aerospace and engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Customs Compliance to lead customs compliance activities within a specialist business division.
Reporting to the Head of Trade Compliance for the group, you will oversee the implementation of customs compliance strategy, provide expert guidance on UK customs regulations, lead business partnering within the division and act as the point of contact for new products and contracts.
This is very much a senior specialist role, you will need to have strong UK customs expertise and be able to engage with senior stakeholders across the business.
It is also a strategic leadership role and prior experience in leading a team/people management will be key.
The role is hybrid and an office presence is needed at least three days a week.
