Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing tender and bid processes within public or private sectors, ideally in areas such as digitalization, outsourcing, and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of local public procurement law and procedures, including proficiency with the official procurement portal.
- Familiarity with tendering for services such as visa outsourcing, customer service solutions, and digital platforms relevant to BLS operations.
