Roles & Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee performance and development.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and policies, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements, and data privacy laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms specific to the regional workforce to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention in China.
