Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor account performance, and achieve revenue targets while serving as the main point of contact for key clients.
