Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor account performance, and achieve revenue targets while serving as the main point of contact for key clients.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategy implementation

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in packaging, logistics, or a related field is an advantage
