ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Graduate Account Executive to join our team. We work with some of the most exciting innovators in the built world, and we want to deliver marketing that makes them stand out, builds momentum for their business and drives the industry forward.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about marketing and how it contributes to business success.
The successful candidate will support our Account Managers and Account Director in delivering momentum-building marketing for our clients, particularly across digital marketing and our creative accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a regular client contact – attend meetings, brainstorm ideas, join calls, manage Slack messages, manage timelines, meet deadlines and ensure work is delivered to scope and exceptional quality
- Supporting the development of work including content plans, press content, social content, blog posts, production briefs, and video content
- Work with internal client teams to provide high quality account management eg. writing agendas, creating reports, compiling research, writing briefing notes, monitoring for press coverage
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Keeping up to date with latest industry trends, as well as marketing and communications best practice.
- Supporting with simple design tasks for Bloxspring marketing or new biz collateral
- Networking at events (suggested by business, as well as those self-sourced)
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate:
- Has a passion for marketing and PR
- Has an interest in real estate, climate, and construction technology
- Is keen to learn and grow within an organisation that is growing at pace
- Has excellent oral communication and writing skills: with an aptitude to craft clear, effective messages from often complex information
- Has an eye for detail
- Takes initiative – always thinking about the next steps
- Has strong organisational skills – particularly the ability to manage tasks and multiple deadlines
