ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail oriented Creative Designer to join our team on a part-time basis - working three days per week. We work with some of the most exciting innovators in the built world, and aim to deliver content that makes them stand out, builds momentum for their business and drives the industry forward. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients, working with them and across our account teams to understand their requirements and ensure we deliver visual content to an exceptionally high standard. The goal is to build the creative service line and team around this person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative strategy: Advise on the best visual formats and creative approaches to communicate key messages for campaigns, pitches, and content across our growing client base
- Production: Manage the end-to-end production process for video, motion graphics, digital design and editorial design (i.e. white papers)
- Briefing: Create compelling briefs for our design partners that have strong references, as well as act as the point person for quality control
- Design & production: Take responsibility for delivering some visual content directly - including high-quality graphics, visual assets, and layouts across digital channels.
- Visual storytelling: Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives tailored to B2B audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (strategy, client success, marketing) to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals. As well as leading relationships with freelancers, partners and client teams to deliver strong creative.
- Quality control: Maintain consistent visual standards across all creative outputs.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as an ambassador for the company and networking at events
- Occasional travel to the USA to meet with and forge deeper relationships with our US clients
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 5+ years in a creative production, design, or content role, ideally within a B2B or agency environment and a proven track record of disruptive content delivery.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and equivalent tools.
- Creative judgment: Ability to advise stakeholders on what will work visually, not just how to make it.
- Strategic mindset: Comfortable advising on content formats, visual identity, and creative direction.
- Executional excellence: A proven track record of delivering high-quality design and video projects end-to-end.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with social and digital-first content formats.
- Nice to have: Experience working with tech, real estate, or other B2B clients. US experience. Editorial experience. Working in an agency environment.
