About Bloxspring

Bloxspring is the communications agency for built world innovation. We partner with publicly-traded, private equity and venture backed companies shaping the built world, through a series of comms and brand programs tied to achieving business outcomes. We work with some of the biggest brands in the space, across the UK, Europe and USA, including Amazon Key, Measurabl, WiredScore and more. If you're passionate about seeing a smarter, greener and more connected built world, then Bloxspring is the agency for you.

About The Role

This role will sit within our specialist New Media team, which is responsible for running multi-faceted communications campaigns for our clients, across social channels, blogs, newsletters, video production, white papers, and other new media formats, on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and produce multi-faceted content campaigns spanning social, video, white papers and other new media channels.
  • Write and create original content across all of those formats — not just one specialism.
  • Partner closely with senior strategists to translate their strategic vision for each client's customer into finished content.
  • Juggle multiple customer requirements and content types simultaneously, adapting tone, format and approach for each.
  • Stay organised across concurrent campaigns and deadlines.
  • Report on performance across channels and content types.
  • Join customer calls as a New Media specialist to present recent campaign activity and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B communications, ideally agency-side.
  • Strong writing and content-creation skills across multiple formats: social, blogs, newsletters, long-form (white papers), and beyond.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to adapt across multiple clients and content types at once.
  • A genuine, articulable interest in built world innovation — candidates should be able to speak to why this space interests them, not just tick the box.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with senior strategists rather than working in isolation.

Working Arrangements

  • Choice of full-time or a 3- or 4-day week, depending on preference.
  • Based in London.
  • Flexible work-from-home policy.

How To Apply

We are elevating our own work all the time - seeking to be the best comms and advisory firm in the market. So stand out. Be personable, detailed and professional. Do something that catches our attention and that shows you've got a passion for the space we play in.
