Are you a safe, reliable driver with a friendly manner and a strong sense of responsibility? Bloxham School is seeking a Minibus Driver to join our Operations and Logistics team on a part-time, term-time only basis. This is an important and rewarding role supporting the school community by ensuring pupils travel safely to and from school each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a designated minibus route, collecting and returning pupils in accordance with the school’s transport timetable.
- Build friendly, professional relationships with pupils and their families.
- Carry out daily safety checks and basic vehicle upkeep (e.g. refuelling, cleaning, and reporting faults).
- Maintain a safe and tidy vehicle, complying with road safety regulations and the school’s transport policies.
- Assist with occasional additional transport-related tasks as requested by the Operations and Logistics Manager.
About You:
- Holds a full UK driving licence with D, D1 or D1(101) entitlement.
- Has held a driving licence for at least 5 years and is medically fit to drive in line with DVLA guidelines.
- Is punctual, courteous, and takes pride in their work and appearance.
- Is confident managing minor vehicle maintenance and following safety procedures.
- Is available to work early morning and late afternoon shifts during term time.
- Experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Working Arrangements:
- 20 hours per week, 6am to 8am and 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday.
