About us
You’ve heard it all before, and so have we. We’d rather let our work for global FMCG brands do the talking. We live and breathe “scene-stealing moments” for brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and Unilever.
The Role
We need a talented, versatile Midweight Motion Designer who is as passionate about the “big idea” as they are about the final render. You aren’t just moving assets around a screen; you’re a designer who understands how movement brings a brand to life. You’ll be creating high-octane social content, cinematic digital out-of-home (DOOH), and massive digital takeovers that stop people mid-scroll.
What you’ll be doing
- Scene-Stealers: Creating BVOD commercials and social-first motion content that cuts through the noise.
- FMCG Impact: Working on everything from retail media and in-store digital screens to global campaign rollouts.
- End-to-End Motion: Leading briefs from initial storyboarding and style frames through to final post-production and export.
- Collaboration: Working within a tight-knit, multi-skilled team that actually likes getting things done.
What you bring
- Experience: At least 3–5 years in a creative agency or motion-focused design role.
- The Kit: Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside the usual suspects (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- The Eye: A strong foundation in graphic design - typography, layout, and colour - applied to motion.
- Bonus Points: If you can build 3D worlds or assets (C4D/Blender), we definitely want to see it.
The Good Bits
- Competitive Salary: Based on your experience and the quality of your reel.
- Studio Collaboration: We work on fast-turnaround FMCG projects that require real-time problem solving.
- Real Work: No “concept” projects for the bin - your work will be seen on global stages and giant screens.
- Growth: We push creative boundaries, and we’ll push you to do the same with training.
- Health: 26 days holiday + bank holidays. Medical cover plan. Death-in-service policy.
