You know the drill. This is where we’re supposed to say “award-winning agency,” “dynamic team,” and “we do things differently.” Yada-yada. You’ve heard it all before, and so have we. Foosball table? Nope. Ping-pong? Behave. We’d rather let our work for global FMCG brands do the talking. We live and breathe “scene-stealing moments” for brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and Unilever. In the words of Rizzle Kicks, let’s skip to the good bit.
The Role
We need an ambitious, highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer ready to step up and own our digital output. You sit right at the sweet spot between Midweight and Senior. This means you do not just follow templates; you define how global brands dominate the digital space.
You are a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes digital-first design. Your main playground will be social first, high-octane digital advertising, and rollouts. You know how to design for the format, optimize for the platform, and create visual hooks that stop people mid-scroll. With this skill-set you will also have the ability to work across layouts and offline advertising.
What you’ll be doing:
- Digital Campaigns: Designing immersive digital out-of-home (DOOH) creative, web takeovers, and display banners.
- Creative Ownership: Leading digital briefs from initial conceptual storyboards through to final digital assets.
- FMCG Impact: Scaling global brand campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and retail media networks.
- Mentorship & Quality: Guiding junior designers while ensuring flawless typography, asset optimization, and design standards.
- Collaboration: Partnering closely with copywriters, strategy teams, and motion designers to bring static designs to life.
What you bring:
- Experience: 5+ years designing digital-first advertising campaigns within an agency or studio.
- Digital Mastery: Self-sufficient from concept, to design through to delivery, you’ll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- The Kit: Expert-level mastery of Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator. Ai pro tools an advantage.
- The Eye: Exceptional graphic design foundations - advanced digital typography, layout, hierarchy. A strong commercial lens, you’ll be able to apply pragmatic ‘client-side’ objectives to creative solutions.
The Good Bits:
- Competitive Salary: Scaled to your experience and the depth of your portfolio.
- Studio Collaboration: Fast-turnaround FMCG projects that require sharp, real-time problem solving.
- In-Person Energy: We’re at our best when we’re all in the studio together, bouncing ideas and collaborating to hit those “impossible” deadlines.
- Global Stage: No “concept” projects for the bin; your work will be seen by millions on global feeds.
- Career Trajectory: Clear path to Senior roles with the autonomy to shape our digital design output.
- Training: We push creative boundaries, and we’ll push you to do the same with training.
- Health: 26 days holiday + bank holidays. Medical cover plan. Death-in-service policy.
