We’re hiring Support Workers to join Blossoming Homes in Burnham-on-Sea! If you’re compassionate, reliable, and motivated about supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities to live independently and confidently, we’d love to hear from you.

Full-time, part-time and bank positions available with competitive pay, training opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Join us in helping people flourish their way.

As Blossoming Homes continues expanding locally over the next 6 months, there will be exciting opportunities for career progression, including future senior and managerial roles for the right candidates.

Location: Burnham-on-Sea.

Pay: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour depending on experience, plus an additional £1.50 per hour overtime rate.
