At Blossom Tree Montessori, we are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Years and has experience in a key leadership role supporting both children and staff.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week – working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7:30am-6pm.
A little about Blossom Tree Montessori
We first opened our Northwood Hills branch in July 2019 and have expanded the nursery twice since opening.
We opened our second branch in Eastcote in June 2023.
We opened our third branch in Pinner in January 2026.
We are really passionate about the Montessori ethos and we provide in house training as well as supporting staff to complete courses to further their knowledge.
There is plenty of room for career progression and we are very focused on upskilling our staff team.
We use a nursery app called ‘Blossom Educational’ which is our sister company! It’s incredibly user friendly and helps us to be efficient and organised.
