Blossom Tree Montessori is seeking an experienced Room Leader for our nurseries in Northwood Hills, Eastcote and Pinner.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week across shifts from 7.30am to 6.00pm, focusing on leading a passionate team and delivering high-quality Montessori-based care.
You will be responsible for creating a warm learning environment, supporting children’s development per EYFS, maintaining safeguarding standards, and fostering strong parent partnerships.
