Requirements — EA to Founder & Managing Partner / EA to Operating Partner

We’re looking for experienced EAs who bring precision, sharp judgement, and energy:

4 years as an EA
Minimum 1 year supporting a C‑suite executive 1:1 in a high‑performance environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional multitasking and forward‑planning ability
Critical thinker and creative problem solver
Tech‑savvy, comfortable using tools/software to boost efficiency
Positive, proactive, hungry to learn, and excited to be part of a world‑class team
