We are seeking a commercially sharp, outcomes-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth of our enterprise solutions portfolio (hardware, software, and services) across large, complex organizations. You will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from strategic account planning and C-level engagement to complex negotiations and long-cycle execution, while building durable, trusted relationships and ensuring forecast accuracy.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Own and deliver against an annual/quarterly revenue target by creating, advancing, and closing qualified enterprise opportunities;
- Develop and execute a segment/territory go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives (ICP, target account list, partner motion, and pursuit plans);
- Lead complex deal processes end-to-end, including discovery, solution design, commercial structuring, and executive alignment;
- Drive rigorous sales methodology and deal qualification to improve win rates, deal velocity, and forecast predictability;
- Build and deepen relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, economic buyers, influencers, and procurement teams;
- Act as a trusted advisor - bringing market insight, ROI framing, and transformation narratives to position Bloq.it as a strategic partner;
- Create and execute account plans, including stakeholder mapping, mutual action plans, QBRs, and expansion plans (upsell/cross-sell/multi-site rollout);
- Create and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound, industry networking, partnerships, and referral channels;
- Identify trends, whitespace, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into plays that drive sustainable pipeline generation;
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, strengthening brand presence and generating enterprise-level demand;
- Lead cross-functional deal teams across product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, and customer success to deliver an exceptional buyer experience;
- Own forecasting, pipeline governance, and reporting cadence; communicate clearly on risks, next steps, and close plans;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, enablement materials, value propositions, and (where relevant) product roadmap feedback informed by the market;
- Mentor and coach peers/juniors on enterprise selling best practices (deal reviews, account planning, negotiation strategy).
What are the requirements to join us in this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus);
- Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise solutions to large organizations;
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales in the Courier Express Parcel and/or Postal Last Mile industries;
- Local market language and English fluency are a must;
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels;
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
Extra valued skills:
- Experience with public-sector tenders/RFPs;
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and enterprise buying processes.
