What Will Your Day Look Like?
You will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home. This role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with full training and support provided.
You will be training to gain experience in:
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, our unique selling points, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations , and use such knowledge in a professional and structured manner.
- Ensuring Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering the construction areas of the development.
- Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, regularly updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
- Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspect

- No prior experience in property sales is necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence
- Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as these are peak times for new home sales with the benefit of having one weekend off every four weeks.
- A full UK driving licence
