We are recruiting for a Trainee Architectural Technician to join the Technical Department in Head Office, based in Measham, Swadlincote. Surrounded by a team of experienced and caring professionals across Design, Technical and Planning, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your ability whilst learning from the best. MAIN DUTIES * Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCad. * Amending house type working drawings for one of our regional teams. * Producing presentation layouts and planning application packs. * Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties. * Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES * Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages. * Ability to use AutoCAD. * 5 GCSE Grade 4 or above, including maths and English (or equivalent). * Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
