We’re currently recruiting for our Exeter Region, based in Bideford, where the first phase of our exciting new development will deliver 82 homes. Over the next 10 years, the site will grow to include more than 750 homes, creating a vibrant new community. This is your chance to be part of something big from the very beginning – helping shape not just individual lives, but an entire neighbourhood.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for homebuyers, offering expert guidance and support.
- Take reservations, complete paperwork, and explain the financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.
- Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, building societies, and valuers.
- Stay up to date with our homes, local area, competitors, and relevant regulations.
- Ensure all visitors follow Health & Safety policies, including PPE requirements on-site.
- Keep accurate records of all prospects and follow up regularly using our CRM system.
- Work closely with our recommended Financial Advisor to stay informed on mortgage products.
- Proactively progress contracts and completions to meet or exceed targets.
