At Bloor Homes, our Sales Advisors are an integral part of the team, one that doesn’t just sell bricks and mortar, but that helps make our customers' dream new homes become a reality. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers, as well as liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and bank and building society managers and valuers.
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our Southern Region, based at various locations in Hampshire. In this role, you will be helping homebuyers every step of the way by taking reservations, initiating paperwork, and ensuring purchasers understand the financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.
Not only will you be doing this for one of the largest privately-owned house-building groups in the UK, but you’ll also be part of a family-owned business where we value you, your contribution, and your ideas.
