Road & Estates Adoptions Manager South West Region (Swindon Office) Are you ready to take the lead in shaping communities and delivering excellence? Here at Bloor Homes, were looking for a Road & Estates Adoptions Manager to join our South West team, based in Swindon and supporting legacy sites across the region.

This is a dynamic role where youll collaborate with our Land and Commercial Departments, manage tendering processes, oversee sub-contractors, and ensure smooth adoption of infrastructure and estates.

Your Role at a Glance As Road & Estates Adoptions Manager, youll be at the heart of our infrastructure delivery.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating tendering, cost analysis, and order placement Liaising with statutory authorities and planning/highway departments to achieve timely adoption of infrastructure (Sections 104/38/185 etc.) Overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies Managing documentation from instruction to adoption Maintaining accurate cost records and collaborating with the Commercial Department What Youll Bring Proven experience in construction, particularly road construction Strong communication skills for working with local authorities, solicitors, and customers Full UK Driving Licence IT skills and budget management capabilities Excellent negotiation and time management skills A construction management qualification is desirable Be Part of Something Bigger At Bloor Homes, youll join a community of talented professionals who support and inspire one another.
