We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our South Midlands region, based at our office in Northampton. As our Commercial Administrator you will play a key supporting role in the Commercial Department. You will work closely with internal team members to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and efficient scheduling processes. The efficient running of our Commercial Department is vital in ensuring the success of our large family-run business.

A pivotal role in this department is our Commercial Administrator. You will bring high-quality administrative experience and we will support you through great training and benefits. What Will Your Day Look Like?

A brief overview of duties can be found below:

  • Run and analyse departmental and site-specific reports.
  • Schedule materials in coordination with site requirements.
  • Assist quantity surveyors with day-to-day queries and administrative support.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide Commercial support & assist with queries.
  • Key working relationship supporting the Commercial Director, Commercial Manager & quantity surveyors.
