Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a Football Coach to deliver exceptional coaching experiences that transform the lives of young people across London. As we grow from supporting 6,500 young people to 20,000 by 2028, this role will sit at the heart of our delivery, working with young people aged 18 months to 18 years across our Communities and Special Projects programmes.

You will plan and lead sessions including breakfast clubs, afterschool programmes, pan-disability football, blind and visually impaired football, and sessions designed for young refugees, asylum seekers and Muslim girls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead high-quality coaching sessions across Communities and Special Projects programmes
  • Create engaging, age-appropriate and inclusive session plans that cater to a wide range of abilities
  • Build positive relationships with young people, parents, partners and venue staff
  • Contribute to ongoing programme improvement with creativity and innovative ideas
  • Uphold Bloomsbury's commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
About You
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about working with young people from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Experience working in educational or sporting environments with children and young people
  • Flexible and able to work across different settings, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends (6 days including Saturday and Sunday)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid certificates (UEFA C preferred)
  • Passionate about social impact and motivated by the power of football to transform lives
