Bloomsbury Football Foundation is a London-based charity that uses football and futsal to transform the lives of young people in some of the city's most deprived communities. We currently reach over 6,500 young people every week across nine London boroughs, and we're growing fast with ambitions to reach 20,000 by 2028.
We're looking for a passionate and driven Club Futsal Lead Coach to join our Club Futsal team, planning and delivering high-quality sessions across our Futsal Academy teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and leading coaching sessions across Club Futsal (90%) and community programmes (10%)
- Coaching across Foundation, Youth Development and Player Development phases
- Creating inclusive, engaging session plans for players of all abilities
- Providing individualised feedback and coach reviews to support player development
- Building strong relationships with players, parents, and partners
- Contributing to programme improvement and bringing creative ideas to the team
- Upholding safeguarding standards and maintaining relevant certifications
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in sports coaching
- Proven track record developing players across different ages and phases
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid certificates
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- A genuine passion for social impact and youth development
Desirable:
- Previous futsal coaching experience
- UEFA C or B Futsal Qualification
- UK driving licence
