Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a Football Operations Lead to build the operational foundations that enable our Club Football programme to thrive and scale. As we grow from supporting 6,500 young people to 20,000 by 2028, this role will oversee the day-to-day running of our mixed academy (boys and girls), working with over 500 talented and ambitious young people each week. You'll ensure the smooth scheduling of staff, referees and resources, build strong stakeholder relationships, and create efficient systems that enable us to deliver industry-leading grassroots football provision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our mixed academy, ensuring smooth scheduling of staff, referees and resources.
- Develop efficient operational systems that enable the programme to scale whilst maintaining quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences and increase participation.
- Represent Bloomsbury at events and forums, championing grassroots football and our girls' football provision.
- Work cross-functionally to support projects aligned with Bloomsbury's broader goals and 2028 growth strategy.
