Role Summary

The Strategic Data Warehouse Partner Manager is an individual contributor in the Revenue organization, based in EMEA, responsible for building and advancing strategic data-warehouse and ISV partnerships that create pipeline, improve field alignment, and increase partner-led revenue opportunities across EMEA. The role includes developing the Databricks, Snowflake, Google, AWS and pure CDP player partnership motion and aligning Bloomreach and partner account ownership to drive joint opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic partner relationships in the data warehouse ISV ecosystem across EMEA, with a focus on creating mutual commercial value and expanding partner influence in target accounts.
  • Build and operationalize joint go-to-market motions with strategic partners, especially around Databricks.
  • Align Bloomreach and partner teams on account ownership, opportunity overlap, introductions, and field coordination to accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, including follow-up from events, partner meetings, and ecosystem introductions.
  • Position Bloomreach’s value within partner-led architectures, including Bloomreach’s role as the activation layer alongside a composable CDP and shared data environment.
  • Support regional partner visibility through external meetings, industry events, and partner-facing presentations.

  • Growth in partner-influenced pipeline and influenced closed won ARR across EMEA.
  • Number and quality of active joint opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Depth of field alignment between Bloomreach and partner sales teams.

Candidate Profile & Capabilities

  • Strong partner-management and alliance-building capability in the martech, data, or cloud ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate partnership strategy into account-level execution and measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Commercially credible with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable coordinating across internal sales, marketing, and partner organizations in a multi-country EMEA environment.
  • Strong communicator in external partner discussions, follow-up, and joint planning.
