Overview:
The Senior Product Manager, Channel Delivery – Mobile Messaging, will oversee the channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement, including product management and vendor partnerships. This role ensures the successful delivery of mobile messages through third-party integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with mobile messaging vendors, including regular communication, onboarding, and onboarding new vendors.
- Prioritize and develop the roadmap for channel delivery features, focusing on high deliverability, reliability, and cost efficiency across various messaging channels.
- Champion mobile messaging internally, supporting sales and marketing with product expertise and handling large deals.
- Ensure compliance with messaging rules and incorporate them into product features.
Professional Experience:
- 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in MarTech or infrastructure-heavy sectors.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, especially in telecom or messaging.
