Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Events Marketer to join our EMEA Demand Generation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing events, including industry conferences and tradeshows. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. This is a fast-paced role requiring a self-motivated individual with proven experience in event marketing, along with excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful marketing events and managing cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Events Marketer will report to the Manager, Event Marketing and collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.

Your job will be to:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences and tradeshows across EMEA, including booth management, sponsorship activations, vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Manage contracting and procurement processes for venues, agencies, suppliers, and sponsorship packages, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to execute regional conference strategies aligned with Bloomreach’s demand generation and pipeline objectives.
  • Own event timelines, budgets, and promotional strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to maximize event ROI, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement strategy, executive meetings, and structured post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure booth presence, messaging, and activations align with Bloomreach’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyse event performance, track pipeline contribution, gather stakeholder feedback, and provide actionable insights to optimise future conference programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with show organisers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop engaging experiences at conferences and tradeshows, including networking activations, speaking sessions, VIP programs, and customer engagement opportunities.

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days: You will have onboarded successfully, aligned with key stakeholders, and shadowed the execution of a major conference or tradeshow alongside the events team.
  • In 90 days: You will have independently managed key elements of a conference or tradeshow program and delivered a post-event performance analysis, including pipeline impact and engagement insights.
  • In 180 days: You will be confidently leading end-to-end execution of conferences and tradeshows, sharing best practices with the team, and proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance event impact and ROI.

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, with hands-on experience managing conferences and tradeshows.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support conferences and events.
