What You’ll Do
- Drive and support the technical sales process for enterprise customers across the EMEA region.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and tailored solution designs.
- Translate customer needs into Bloomreach value propositions — connecting business and technical stakeholders, from merchandisers to C-level executives.
- Support RFP submissions, proof-of-concepts, and solution documentation with a high standard of execution.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
The Ideal Candidate
You may come from either a technical pre-sales or a retail/brand-side background:
- 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in Digital Commerce, Enterprise Search, or related solutions OR 3+ years client-side experience in retail/brand commerce, delivering successful digital experience initiatives (product discovery, commerce, or visual merchandising).
You also bring:
- Strong understanding of SaaS and modern sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger).
- Familiarity with pre-sales methodologies such as Demo2Win or Great Demo!
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English, UK-based, and willingness to travel within EMEA.
- (Bonus) Proficiency in German or French.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Proven ability to influence enterprise deals through strategic storytelling and solution design.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to customer journeys, targeting, and personalization.
- Experience leading conversations across Marketing, Product, IT, and Executive Leadership.
- Previous exposure to enterprise-grade product discovery or visual merchandising platforms (e.g. Constructor, Algolia, Attraqt, Coveo).

Compensation
- Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.
