We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Bloomreach Clarity product team and help build the next generation of conversational shopping. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Product Team, and report to the head of product for Clarity. Clarity is an exciting rapidly growing product in an emerging market opportunity, built on the latest in LLM technology. Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development of new AI-native capabilities within Clarity, from ideation through to launch, with a focus on unlocking real business value.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to rapidly prototype and iterate on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI space and translate those into innovative, intelligent product solutions.
- Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to ensure successful rollout of new AI driven features, streamlining workflows and gathering both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Stay on the pulse of AI and GenAI advancements, market trends, and competitive offerings, translating insights into strategic bets and product direction.
- Set the gold standard for how AI features are delivered, ensuring strong user adoption, ethical implementation, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach, ensuring every decision is backed by insight.
- Regularly synthesize findings and communicate progress, opportunities, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Hands on involvement in product led growth initiatives and scaling usage of intelligent product experiences.
- Demonstrated comfort working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross functional, global teams.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and responsible AI implementation is a strong plus.
