What Youâll Do
- Own the UK vertical field strategy: Build and execute integrated, UK-specific go-to-market plans for priority industries aligned to regional revenue targets and global campaigns.
- Generate and accelerate pipeline: Plan and run regional programs â executive dinners, workshops, roundtables, webinars, 3rd-party events/sponsorships, direct mail, email nurtures, and landing pages â to create MQAs, SALs, and qualified pipeline.
- Partner and customer marketing: Co-market with strategic partners and key customers (advocacy, case studies, joint events) to expand influence and conversion in named verticals.
- ABM and account plays: Collaborate with Sales, SDR/BDR, and partners on account-based motions â pre- and post-opportunity â to drive multi-threading, deal velocity, and win rates.
- Own budget and performance: Prioritize and allocate regional budget; measure ROI across channels; optimize program mix based on performance.
- Reporting and insight: Track and report KPIs (e.g., MQAs, SALs, pipeline, ACV, ROI) and analyze the end-to-end funnel to recommend improvements and scale what works.
- Content and localization: Tailor positioning, talk tracks, and assets to the UK market and vertical narratives in partnership with Brand and Product Marketing.
- Sales enablement: Equip the field with event kits, follow-up plays, enablement materials, and closed-loop feedback to ensure programs translate into revenue impact.
- Tools and operations: Execute and measure programs using our martech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress) and AI-powered workflows.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years in Field Marketing, ABM, or Demand Generation for B2B SaaS, ideally in commerce, personalization, martech/adtech, or AI-driven products.
- UK and vertical focus: Demonstrated success running integrated field programs for the UK market; comfortable tailoring messaging and tactics to industry-specific buyers.

- Data-driven: Operates with KPIs and pipeline/account metrics; uses insights to iterate and scale.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.
- Languages: Fluency in English; additional European languages (French, Italian, Spanish) a plus.

What Success Looks Like
- Within 30 days: UK vertical plan aligned with Sales and Partnerships, initial programs scoped and calendared, baseline KPIs set.
- Within 60 days: First integrated programs launched; clear follow-up plays and pipeline impact tracking in place.
- Within 90 days: Consistent flow of MQAs/SALs, measurable influence on opportunities, and a quarterly plan demonstrating ROI and scale potential.
Your Team
