As an Email Deliverability Consultant for Bloomreach Engagement, you will be at the forefront of our email game, ensuring our messages are delivered, read, and loved by our customers' audiences. The work you do will impact many customers in dozens of different verticals in the e‐commerce and retail space globally. Working in one of our European offices or from home on a full‐time basis, you will become a core part of the Deliverability & Product Team.
Your job will be to:
- Master the Inbox: Take charge of email deliverability, ensuring emails outgoing from our platform reach the inbox and not the dreaded spam folder.
- Ensure proper monitoring: Monitor email performance metrics like open rates, click‐through rates, and bounce rates, and optimize processes for success.
- Stay Trendy: Keep your finger on the pulse of email compliance trends and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, Zero trust in email, authentication evolutions, etc., and ensure our email practices are always up‐to‐date.
- Identify emerging trends: Identify emerging email marketing trends and technologies, ensuring that we are at the forefront of innovation.
- Be a Data Detective: Dive deep into data analytics to identify issues and trends that affect email deliverability.
- Be a Technical Guru: Implement best practices for email authentication and security.
- Collaborate with product team: Collaborate with our product & engineering teams and suggest ideas for features that will drive personalized and effective email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in email deliverability and inbox placement.
- Motivation, independence, and fluency in English.
- Experience in marketing automation field.
- Excellent data analytical skills, ability to generate actionable insights and leverage them to solve problems.
- Tech savviness – ability to understand complex problems of email scalability globally and have a proven ability to solve for it.
- At least 3 years of experience in this field.
- Ability to work with customers, challenge them on their practices and influence adoption of best practices.
- Adaptable and flexible – willing to explore new technologies, new business models, and to grow as a person.
- Determined – ability to make difficult decisions and trade‐offs and follow through.
