Bloomreach is seeking a program leader to own the AI SDR program end-to-end, spanning inbound and outbound across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will determine which agents engage, when humans step in, and what the pipeline looks like, while proving ROI to executives.
You will work with SDRs and their leaders to fix quality, prioritization, and handover issues, using AI, process changes, or better definitions. Global scope and tech fluency are required.
