Bloom & Wild is seeking a skilled floristry lead to set the house style for shoots and manage floral conditioning, styling, and supplier liaison. You’ll oversee on-set floristry, guide freelance florists, and help shape seasonal directions alongside the Range and Creative teams.
You’ll balance hands-on floristry with coordination duties, train others, and sometimes present or appear on camera to support brand activity. Flexible hybrid working is offered.
