Role focus: supporting both the bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands (London or Amsterdam based). You will handle Dutch-speaking and English-speaking customer inquiries and assist with Dutch deliveries in the Netherlands. You will work with both the Dutch and UK teams and may respond in English or Dutch in collaboration with a translation tool.

What you\'ll be doing

  • A typical day sees you actively engaging with customers through various channels in Zendesk, resolving issues, coordinating with colleagues on Slack, and handling related admin duties
  • Attend company and team meetings, share feedback, and work with your manager on performance and growth opportunities
  • Work in shifts between 09:00 and 22:30, Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays; flexibility is required
  • Work at least one evening shift per week (delivery nights are Wednesday–Friday) and include weekend pattern

  • Have strong verbal and written skills in Dutch (fluent) and English to support customers in both languages
  • Have a background in a customer service-oriented position (a plus)
