We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful early years setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and building positive relationships with children and families.
Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (minimum)
- Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Support children's learning and development
