The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.
This is an opportunity to work with our architectural team, providing input at various stages of the design process to support our planning team on a wide variety of projects. This role will include the ability to use CAD for the production of existing and indicative site layouts and plans for the conversion of buildings, new buildings and extensions, as well as progressing to more complex design work. The ability to produce site masterplans would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring an ability to pro-actively manage a large and varied workload, and hold an eagerness to learn new skills to develop within the team. Ideally, we would like someone who has experience in managing their own case load, being accountable for their time and who is confident liaising with consultants and clients. Experience in preparing building regulation applications is useful, but not essential, as the role is primarily geared towards someone able to design schemes / drawings as part of the planning application process.
The position is for our Paddock Wood office in Kent, but there may be the potential for the right candidate to be based from our Wadhurst office in Sussex. Being able to drive and having their own transport is essential.
