As a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide care that is respectful, personal, and meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Mobility support
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
- Accurate care documentation and reporting
This is a female-only role due to personal care needs and preferences of our female clients, in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Role requirements
- Naturally caring, patient and compassionate
- Female applicants only (role requirement)
- Friendly, reliable and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential
- Willing to complete background checks
- Full training will be provided
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (within 6 months or on the update service) preferred
