Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our thriving residential service at Carders Court in Rochdale. You will take pride and ownership in every aspect of your home’s success; from planning care and managing rotas to recruiting, developing, and inspiring your team. Your leadership will help shape lives and ensure every resident receives the exceptional care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous management and oversight of the home
- Inspire, lead, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and company standards
- Drive performance against key KPIs
- Manage staffing, budgets, and occupancy levels effectively
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements
- Dementia Care qualification (desirable)
Hours & Salary
Monday to Friday
Competitive salary + on-target earnings (OTE)
