We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot. Our home provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. We currently are looking for candidates able to work Days and/or Nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Have more than 6 months experience working with long term mental health issues and/or substance misuse.
  • Experience working with complex needs/dual diagnosis.
  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals.
  • Have the ability to support in-house activities and hobbies.
  • Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
  • Demonstrate resilience to help manage behaviours that challenge.

Hours: Shift Patterns: 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am

Contract Types: Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available.
