We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers to join the Bank Team at Lighthouse Care! 🌷 Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.
Responsibilities:
- Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse.
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals.
- Have the ability to support in-house activities and hobbies.
- Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
- Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge.
Hours and contracts:
- Shift Patterns: Days = 8am - 8pm 🌞
- Shift Patterns: Nights = 8pm - 8am 🌙
- Contract Types: Bank contracts available 👌
