We are currently looking to grow our team of dedicated Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot! We are looking for new staff to join our Nights Team. Our home provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.
Our ideal support worker will:
- Have more than 6 months experience working with long term mental health issues and/or substance misuse
- Experience working with complex needs/dual diagnosis
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
- Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
- Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours: Shift Patterns: 8pm - 8am
Contract Types: Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available
