We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader at our home in Prescot on a full time permanent contract! We provide specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. - An individual with excellent Leadership skills
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- To ensure appropriate standards are maintained by monitoring/auditing, and that appropriate professional support is provided to care colleagues.
- Efficiently review care plans and medication administration.
- Assist adults with Mental Health conditions accessing the community and supporting with individuals' appointments.
- Efficient rota management to ensure care colleagues are deployed efficiently.
- To establish good personal relationships with colleagues, residents and their families.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed.
- To identify other specific training needs.
- Work with the General Manager on achievement of action plans from external regulators or internal support functions.
Hours Shift Patterns: 8pm - 8am
