Who We\’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experience Unit Manager, with a positive attitude and a person centered care approach! You will have the autonomy to lead the overall management of the home. Your role involves providing inspirational leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your team, while ensure a high quality of care!
Key Skills and Experience:
- Management experience in care services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulation requirements
- Effective multitasking and prioritization
- Experience in safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Proficiency in multi-disciplinary stakeholder discussions
- Strong IT skills
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it)
- Dementia Care qualification (Desirable)
