Bloomcare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to manage reactive and planned repairs at Arden Court in Eccles.
This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes on-call emergency support as required and sits within a supportive housing environment.
You will perform joinery, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and conduct safety checks across fire alarms, emergency lighting and water temperatures, keeping meticulous records.
