More
We build the platform that our engineering teams use to deploy and run production services. Our BPaaS platform is a multi‑tenant system built on Kubernetes, extended with custom controllers and operators to manage the full lifecycle of workloads across our infrastructure. You will join BPaaS Scalability, a small, collaborative team focused on automating fleet‑wide operations across nearly a hundred clusters. We value open‑source‑first thinking, work on large‑scale systems where correctness and efficiency matter, and encourage everyone to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches. This role is based in London within our Engineering and CTO business area, and it is a software engineering role rather than a DevOps role.
