b Overview /b p As Product Manager for Company Screening, you define the strategy and roadmap to advance AI-enabled screening workflows within the Bloomberg Terminal. You collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Product to deliver scalable, trusted screening capabilities and reusable components for related domains like Fund and Index Screening. You translate client needs into actionable requirements, drive migration from legacy tools, and measure impact across adoption, data usage, and commercial outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape user experiences, data models, and performance at scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and drive the product strategy for Company Screening across the Bloomberg Terminal, including AI tool integration (e.g., ASKB) /li li Own the product roadmap, balancing client needs, commercial priorities, technical feasibility, and migration requirements /li li Assess adjacent domains (Funds, Indices) to standardize screening workflows with shared components /li li Translate client and business needs into clear requirements and prioritisation /li li Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to deliver scalable screening capabilities aligned with infrastructure and migration /li li Ensure screening criteria, results, analytics, and workflows are consistent across UI, APIs, and data products /li li Define success metrics and measure impact via adoption, client engagement, data usage, workflow completion, and commercial outcomes /li li Work with Sales, Support, and client-facing teams to understand pain points, validate decisions, and support migration and adoption /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience in Company Analysis /li li Strong knowledge of company data, including financials and firmographics /li li Familiarity with private company data challenges (coverage, quality, discoverability) /li li Familiarity with Funds, Indices, or related financial datasets /li li Experience with data systems, APIs, data modeling, analytics platforms, or large-scale query workflows /li li Ability to operate across technical and business domains with cross-functional partners /li li Proven ability to define strategy, prioritise, and execute in ambiguous environments /li li Technical fluency and pragmatic problem-solving mindset /li /ul ul li Clear written and verbal communication /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Strategic judgment and stakeholder management /li li Data systems /li li APIs /li li Data modeling /li /ul
