We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience leader to design and deliver service dependency mapping, scenario testing, and sector response for the organization. You’ll play a central role in shaping and advancing our global operational resilience strategy by building and executing key components that enable us to serve clients through disruption; ultimately, positioning resilience as a competitive differentiator.

We’ll Trust You To:

  • Establish and scale service and dependency mapping, identifying product, infrastructure, and third-party interdependencies.
  • Design and implement a firmwide scenario testing framework, covering severe-but-plausible cyber, technology, third-party, and market disruption events.
  • Facilitate the setting of and/or validate tolerances (e.g., impact tolerance, maximum tolerable level of disruption, RTOs, and RPOs) aligned to client and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional simulation exercises, including executive-level crisis exercises.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Cyber, Risk, and other stakeholders to embed resilience into product development and operational processes.
  • Coordinate sector response readiness and contribute to industry-wide resilience initiatives.
  • Contribute to meaningful reporting for leadership, governance bodies, and regulators.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with scenario testing, dependency mapping, IT disaster recovery and/or cyber resilience strategies within financial services, enterprise software as a service (SaaS), fintech, or technology industries.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs without direct reporting authority and influence stakeholders including management, clients, and vendors.
  • Sound judgment and an ability to serve as a strategic partner, suggesting new ideas, accepting, implementing feedback, and advising stakeholders (of all management levels) on best practices.
  • Ability to make decisions on limited information while navigating ambiguity and leveraging both your network and resources to move projects forward.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and work with tight timelines.
