We’re seeking a highly-motivated marketer to join the Subscriptions marketing team and support the development, execution and measurement of our full-funnel enterprise B2B marketing campaigns. Bloomberg.com enables leading global corporations, government agencies and world-class universities to purchase access to the global benchmark for business news, via digital subscriptions for their employees, members and students. In this role, you’ll support the design and management of our B2B marketing program with full-funnel campaign development for the Bloomberg.com brand and key editorial franchises. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our editorial, product, creative, lifecycle, and paid media teams as well as relevant external agencies to launch high-impact campaigns that hit our objectives.
You’ll make sure we get our campaigns done, and done right.
We’ll trust you to:- Develop the full year campaign strategy and oversee the B2B marketing calendar
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract potential B2B customers (inbound and outbound)
- Manage the delivery of campaigns at each stage of the funnel from planning and briefing through to execution and reporting
- Coordinate with the newsroom, our digital product team, and the insights team to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to the right audiences
- Provide thoughtful recommendations to improve integrated campaign performance using data and feedback
- Work closely with in-house and agency creative teams to ensure on-brief, on-schedule delivery of campaign assets
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders across Bloomberg, especially the Enterprise Sales team to ensure that campaign results and leads are effectively contributing to sales plans and revenue goals
- 6+ years experience in marketing, either in-house or in an agency - B2B and/or B2C experience welcome.
- Experience working in media a bonus, but not required.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns for different objectives from upper to lower funnel, and for a variety of products.
- Experience communicating directly with a Sales Department to co-plan marketing initiatives
- Hands on experience using an enterprise-level CRM such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to bring people from across the organization together
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced news environment
- Strong project management skills and organization - experience working with Asana or other project management skills is a plus
- Synthesization skills; ability to find insights within reporting and clearly communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Stellar written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for good marketing copy
- A love for the news and keeping up with media trends
